Window Cleaning in the Tri-Cities
Clean windows change how a whole house feels, inside and out. We clean exterior windows with a water-fed pole system that sprays purified water through a soft brush. It reaches second- and third-story windows from the ground and dries spot-free, with no squeegee streaks and no ladders leaning on your siding.

How water-fed pole cleaning works
Tap water is full of minerals, and those minerals are what leave spots when water dries on glass. Our system filters the water until it's essentially pure. A soft brush on the end of a long pole scrubs the glass and frames while the purified water rinses the dirt away. With no minerals left in the water, the glass dries clear on its own.
- Reaches high windows from the ground. Second- and third-story windows without ladders against your gutters or siding.
- Cleans the frames too. The brush scrubs frames, sills and tracks on the outside, not just the glass.
- No soap residue. Pure water rinses clean, so there's no film left behind to attract dirt.

Pair it with a house wash
A house soft wash rinses windows, but it isn't a detailed window cleaning. If you want truly clear glass, add window cleaning to your house wash. We'll do the windows after the siding is clean, so nothing drips onto freshly cleaned glass.
For businesses
Storefronts, offices and restaurants look more inviting with clear glass. We offer one-time and recurring window cleaning, scheduled outside your business hours.
Window Cleaning Questions
Will my windows streak after it rains?
Pure water dries spot-free, so freshly cleaned windows stay clear. Rain carries its own dust and pollen, so windows will get dirty again over time, but you won't see streaks or spots from our cleaning.
Can you clean second-story windows?
Yes. The water-fed pole reaches second- and third-story windows from the ground on most homes.
Can you remove hard water stains?
Hard water stains etched into glass from sprinklers or years of buildup need special treatment and can't always be fully removed. We'll look and give you an honest answer before we start.
