Driveway & Concrete Cleaning in the Tri-Cities
Concrete is one place where pressure washing is the right tool, as long as it's done carefully. We clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, steps and pool decks with a commercial surface cleaner that gives an even, uniform finish instead of the swirls and stripes you get from a handheld wand.

Before
AfterWhat we clean
- Driveways and parking pads
- Sidewalks, walkways and front steps
- Patios and pool decks
- Garage floors and aprons
- Retaining walls and concrete curbing
- Pavers (with care for the joint sand)
Stains we pre-treat
Plain pressure won't lift everything. Before we clean, we treat the problem spots:
- Red clay staining. East Tennessee's red clay washes onto driveways and sidewalks from beds and slopes and soaks into the surface.
- Rust. Orange marks from fertilizer, irrigation water and metal furniture.
- Oil and drips. Under where cars park.
- Black mildew and algae. On shaded walkways and north-facing steps, where they also make the surface slippery.
Some old, deep stains can be lightened but not fully removed. We'll tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
Our process
- We sweep and pre-treat stains.
- We clean the flat surfaces with a surface cleaner for an even finish.
- We detail edges, cracks and steps with a wand.
- We post-treat to brighten the concrete and slow regrowth.
- We rinse the surrounding siding, garage door and walkways.
Should you seal it?
Freshly cleaned concrete is the ideal time to seal. A penetrating sealer helps resist stains and freeze-thaw damage through our winters. Ask us about sealing when you request your quote.
Driveways & Concrete Questions
Will pressure washing damage my concrete?
Not when it's done correctly. We use a surface cleaner at a controlled distance and pressure, which is gentler and more even than a handheld wand held too close.
Can you remove oil stains completely?
Fresh oil usually comes out well. Old stains that have soaked in for years can often be lightened a lot but may leave a shadow. We'll show you what to expect up front.
Do you clean pavers?
Yes. We clean pavers at a lower pressure to protect the joint sand, and we can talk about re-sanding and sealing afterward.
